The Community Room

Our unique Community Room, modeled after an airplane hanger, was constructed in an open area of the building conveniently located between the lobby and kitchen area. The dome shape and large metal sliding doors house the tables, chairs, and technology easily modified to accommodate training sessions, conferences, luncheons, and other meetings.

Rental of the Community Room includes access to all of the following:

  • Seating for up to 50 guests
  • ADA Accessible building, grounds, and restrooms
  • Free off street parking in private lot adjacent to the building
  • Room set up per your request
  • Beverage Service upon request
  • Arrangement of catering if needed

Rental Fees and Conditions:

  • Full 8 hour business day (between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.)
  • 1/2 business day (4 hours between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.)
  • Minimum rental of 2 hours
  • Not for profit organizations qualify for discounts
  • After hours rates (evenings/weekends)
