Case Management Services

Vision Resources of Central Pennsylvania (VROCP) offers a variety of services to help visually impaired consumers remain independent and improve the quality of their lives.  Our Case Management Department provides information and community referral services.  If seeking a Case Manager, an individual assessment will be done to determine if the consumer seeking services meets the following criteria:

  1. An eye report from an eye doctor verifying low vision status
  2. The need for services is explored

Determining visual acuity for eligibility is based on one or more of these four factors:

* A corrected visual acuity of 20/70

* A visual field of 20 degrees or less
